The Trumpet Shall Sound!

In collaboration with Citrus City Brass, a professional brass quintet located in Southern California, the Community Chorus of Redlands is thrilled to present The Trumpet Shall Sound!

Our final performance of 2025, this concert will ring in the Christmas season with festive works including carols from the Renaissance, settings of well-known tunes including Bring a Torch, Jeanette Isabella, In the Bleak Mid-Winter, and Rise Up, Shepherd, and Follow by Gwyneth Walker, and beloved hymn settings by Sir David Willcocks. The program will also include Daniel Pinkham's masterful Christmas Cantata, a brilliant and thrilling setting of traditional Latin texts.

Following the performance, all are invited to a free reception hosted by members of the Community Chorus of Redlands, including holiday drinks and fresh cookies.
